When was V-CC Systems established?
V-CC was incorporated in September of 2000.

Is V-CC Systems a technology company or a health care company?
V-CC programs are developed using V-CC Systems methodology, which is a collaboration procedure involving key input from clinicians, researchers, experts in technology, program sponsors, and active members within our support communities.
Is V-CC Systems a public company?
V-CC is a privately held corporation.
I'm a researcher or Opinion Leader and I would like to do some research with V-CC Systems – how does this happen?
V-CC undertakes several research partnerships per year. Depending on your experience, both technical and clinical, there are opportunities to work with us. If you are interested in working or partnering with V-CC Systems please contact us.
I live in a country that has limited social health care services. How can I make your programs available for people who live in my country?

V-CC Systems offers discounts to non-profit organizations. Depending on the size of your organization you may consider becoming a V-CC Systems research partner. Please contact us or review our Software Donations Program for more information on how to become a V-CC Systems partner.
What kind of computer or operating systems are required to run V-CC Systems programs?
System Requirements:
- Windows 98 (1st and 2nd edition); or
- Windows ME; or
- Windows NT (service pack 6a); or
- Windows 2000 (service pack 3); or
- Windows XP Home Edition.
Other Requirements:
- Windows XP Professional (service pack 1); and/or
- Windows 2003 Server Editions; and
- Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1

Why am I getting an error message that says that I have to install the Microsoft .Net Framework?
To use V-CC Systems tools you need to have the Microsoft .NET Framework installed on your computer.

I want to give back – how can I help support V-CC?
We realize that other companies charge membership fees for health care programs or services V-CC Systems. V-CC Systems does not charge membership fees for use of our beta programs.
You can help support V-CC Systems in one of the following ways:
- Sign up and help other members in our Support Groups.
- Contact your insurance company, HMO, federal/state/provincial/municipal organization and ask them if they have a customized V-CC Systems program.
How can you offer free access to your beta software programs?
V-CC Systems clients who use customized versions of our software programs include providers, payers, government health agencies, pharmaceutical companies, employers, non-profit organizations, hospitals and e-health providers.
The information age has provided us with the exciting opportunity to positively impact health care outcomes on a worldwide scale. V-CC Systems’s high-reach, low-cost and personalized approach to health care facilitates communication between patients, health care professionals and academic researchers.
V-CC Systems beta software programs (or public versions) are designed to:
- Collect anonymous efficacy and clinical data that is used in validating the effectiveness of our software platforms.
- Test new software and software upgrades.
- Ensure software is compatible with an international and culturally diverse, non-targeted user base.
- Exhibit V-CC Systems’s goodwill by offering the beta version of software upgrades at no cost to the end user.
- Collect anonymous efficacy data which is used in our scientific research.
- Private label versions of V-CC Systems programs are built to client specifications of clients and are designed incorporate unique brand identities, tailored messaging and unique access URLs. If you are interested in becoming a client or partner, please click here .
How does V-CC Systems determine who is eligible for Support, or who can use V-CC Systems Support Groups or Support Services?
All are welcome to participate in V-CC Systems Support Groups provided that they abide by the terms and regulations within our Support Group User Agreement.
V-CC Systems Support Staff enforce a strict "three-strike" system within our Support Groups. We immediately remove a member's posting privileges on the third notification that they have defaulted on terms and regulations of our Support Group User Agreement. In these situations members are permitted to continue to read messages within our Support Groups but their posting and Instant Messaging privileges are removed. We do not allow visitors to re-register for our programs once they have had their memberships revoked.
V-CC Systems reserves the right, at any time and without notice or justification, to remove a member's ability to post, use our Instant Messaging services or participate in any aspect of our programs.
What happens to any personal information that I submit when using a beta software program?
Your personal information is grouped with personal information of other users. We analyze usage patterns and cumulative clinical and demographic data to improve our software, and for no other reason.
Why are V-CC Systems beta software programs not promoted?
V-CC Systems beta programs are not marketing tools, and no goods or services are sold via our beta programs. As such there is no need for V-CC Systems to promote these services.
